Chatcubie

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

Welcome! By creating an account or using Chatcubie, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What this app is

Chatcubie is a real-time messaging application. It includes chat, voice/video calling, groups, and a demo wallet feature that uses simulated in-app currency only — it is not real money, cryptocurrency, or a financial product, and it cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or converted to real currency.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share your login with others. You must be old enough to legally use messaging services in your country.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use this app to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; to share illegal content; to impersonate someone else; to spam; or to attempt to disrupt or hack the service. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or removed by an administrator.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of messages, images, and files you send. You're solely responsible for what you share. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

5. No warranty

This app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or secure. Use it at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatcubie and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss related to the demo wallet feature (which, again, holds no real monetary value).

7. Account suspension & removal

An administrator may suspend, ban, or delete accounts that violate these terms, at their discretion.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
